The Gift of Printing!

At Promising Pages we see every type of print media come through our Warehouse and our hope is that we can deliver it into the hands that can use it the most! Recently the tables turned in the most generous of ways --Promising Pages was selected to be sponsored by Business Office Solutions’ Print With A Purpose™ campaign in which the company donated a brand new laser printer to our organization. Our high-tech gift will allow us to quickly produce all of our own print media necessary for our operations at the press of a button!

The impressive new gadget came with enough toner to print 15,000 pages and any additional toner will come to us at a reduced rate. It is truly a blessing considering that as we grow, our need for labels, flyers, and information letters increases! The device has already been put to great use --last month we needed to print forty internship manuals for our TeamRead 2013 Interns as well as weekly coloring sheets for children at Crisis Assistance Ministries each Wednesday! As our Warehouse operations are kicked into high gear this summer and organization becomes top priority, the printer will be our new best friend as we clearly label every section and box so that book sorting is completely efficient.

We are thankful for Jeff Pitney and our sponsors at BOS, they recognize that helping children with reading will have lasting effects on the community and their gift will have lasting support for our daily needs.
